What this is
Realms Unbound is a tool for playing Dungeons & Dragons 3.5: a rules engine, a searchable rules reference, and campaign management. It is a personal project run by Tom Belajonas, currently in active development. Features change, and things occasionally break.
Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure, because anyone who controls it controls your account here. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time.
Your content is yours
Characters, campaigns, notes and adventures you create remain yours. The service stores and displays them so it can show them back to you. Nothing you create is sold, published, or used to train anything.
What you may not do
- Upload content you have no right to upload.
- Attempt to access another user's account or content.
- Attack, overload, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission.
- Use it for anything unlawful.
Rules content and intellectual property
Dungeons & Dragons is the property of its rights holders, and this project claims no ownership of it. The platform is built to cite rules — naming the book and page a rule comes from — rather than to reproduce sourcebook text, and it does not redistribute the contents of any book. Where the service shows a rule that has not been confirmed against the printed page, it says so.
Accuracy
The engine is built to show its work and to say when it cannot determine something, rather than to guess. It will still sometimes be wrong. Nothing here is a substitute for the printed rules, and for anything that matters you should check the book — which is why every result tells you which book and which page.
Availability, and no warranty
The service is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, lose data, or be discontinued. Keep your own copies of anything you would be sorry to lose. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
Paid plans
There are none today; everything currently available is free. If paid plans are introduced, the terms covering them will be published before anyone is charged, and existing free access will not be revoked without notice.
Changes and termination
These terms may change; the date above changes with them, and material changes are announced on the site. An account may be suspended for the conduct listed above.
